Chosen to Host the Parade of Homes 2007


The Hunt Club hosts the 2007 Bank of America Parade of Homes

The Hunt Club proudly presented the Spring 2007 Bank of America Parade of Homes
from June 9th through 24th, 2007.
ParkTrust Development, creators of the Hunt Club and host of this event, assembled an incredible team of top-notch builders: David Patton Construction LLC; Keystone Homes LLC; McPherson-Shaw, Inc.; Second Generation Construction Inc.; Signature Homes; and Stone Village Properties LLC.

"We were thrilled to be showcasing the innovative and very different designs coming from this team of excellent builders. With a mix of first time Parade builders and past Parade award winners, they all had a terrific opportunity to show the public their unique ideas of the latest in home building and design," says Peggy Krebs, Parade of Homes chairman. "It was a fabulous event."

Visitors to the Spring Parade also saw interior designs by both familiar faces and newcomers. Taking part were Mary Martinek of HugBug Designs, working with David Patton Construction; Whitney Whitaker of Whitney's Interiors and Sharon Perry of Sharon Perry Interior Designs, working with Keystone Homes; Beth Wilee Jones of The Interior Collection, working with McPherson-Shaw; Trinity Allen-Scharett of Interiors by Trinity, working with Second Generation Construction; and Herbert Blair of DAK Interiors, working with Signature Homes.

"We are so very proud to be showcasing the fantastic work of this team of designers," says Krebs. "Several were returning to the Parade while some were new faces to the event, but they all delighted attendees with their unique and innovative ideas in home design, furnishings and finishes."

The homes were large and luxurious, ranging in price from $900,000 to $1.35 million, and varying in style from French Country to Traditional.
